2024 at Flexys: Milestones, moments and looking ahead
What a year it’s been! At Flexys, 2024 has flown by in a whirlwind of webinars, events, new partnerships, and innovations.
In this post, we’ll share some of the highlights that made this year so memorable for us and our community. Whether it’s insights from our exclusive customer events, exciting partnerships, or launching our sleek new website, there’s a lot to celebrate.

Webinars
This year, we hosted several webinars aimed at helping organisations improve debt collection processes.
- In our first session, “How to optimise your debt communications”, engagement expert Lexi Mills and behavioural architect Charlie Nixon explored common barriers to effective communication.
- The second webinar focused on financial literacy. We were joined by Ben Perkins from Plain Numbers and Professor Sharon Collard to address “How financial insecurity and low numeracy skills impact debt collection.”
- Our most recent webinar catered specifically to the B2B sector. “What can B2B collections learn from B2C?” featured Mike Jones (DCA and Debt Strategy Manager, Water Plus) and Mark Ferguson (Consulting Director, Concentrix), offering insights into delivering personalised customer experiences in a B2B context.
Events
2024 has been a busy one for events. The Flexys team participated in key industry gatherings such as:
- Nordic Fintech Summit in Helsinki
- Money 2020 in Amsterdam
- Digital Finance Summit in Brussels
We were also front and centre at Credit Week at Celtic Manor in Wales, where we hosted panel sessions on Using technology to deliver more empathetic customer experiences, and Consumer Duty and the customer journey.
Beyond industry events, we organised two exclusive Flexys Community Days — one in spring and one earlier this month. These took place at Google’s London offices and featured incredible guest speakers covering topics like AI in collections and effective digital transformation strategies. We’re excited to keep the momentum going in 2025!
Partnerships
This year saw the announcement of several strategic partnerships, reinforcing our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions:
- Our partnership with Moneyhub integrates Open Banking into income and expenditure assessments. Together, we published a joint white paper, “The transformative power of Open Banking in debt collection.”
- Our collaboration with Inbest.ai supports our focus on customer outcomes by bringing benefits calculation within the Flexys software.
- We also strengthened our collaboration with Acquired.com, participating in their recent roundtable event.
We also announced core banking partnerships with Tuum and 10x Banking. These partnerships and others ensure that we continue to exceed the expectations of our clients and their customers.
Podcasts
Our Flexys Meets... podcast series flourished this year, adding 14 new episodes! These interviews spotlight innovators from across fintech and collections. Highlights include conversations with leaders from Thought Machine, SaaScada, 10x Banking, and Plain Numbers.
