Simon has worked in a number of customer-focused development and support roles before joining a global EdTech SaaS provider, providing delivery and implementation services across multiple geographies. More recently, he was responsible for a globally dispersed team of analysts, developers and testers who delivered on a modernisation strategy to existing product functionality, as well as bringing new market-leading modules to market.
